The Bookish Adventure Tag

Friends, I like going on adventures a lot. Whether it's traveling to another country or curling up with my favorite fantasy book, I love experiencing new things. Which is why I am such a fan of stories that involve an epic adventure, and precisely when I love this tag so much that I had to ignore the hoard to do it. *whispers* Soon

Thank you so much Siobhan @ Siobhan's Novelties for tagging me (only two weeks ago! are you proud of me for not hoarding it with all the others?!) because this is the best tag for me. After you are done reading this post, be sure to check out Siobhan's blog because she's lovely and you need her content in your life.

Share your love for backlist books on social media with the weekly meme #backlistboost

We all have those books that stay with you long after you've finished reading them. Some books are just special and touch us in magical ways that makes them impossible to shake (not like we want to forget them).

If you are anything like me, you might feel like a broken record when constantly screaming about This Mortal Coil, Ace of Shades, or other amazing books that I've read and boosted. For some reason I put pressure on myself to not repeat myself too much on social media, which is honestly silly considering the average time before a tweet goes stale is 20 minutes. I wanted to come up with something new to frame sharing those much loved books again so I could not feel guilty about screaming about the book some more. And thus #backlist boost was born!

Spring Cleaning Tag // tfw you hoard a tag for a year until it’s relevant again

We all know that I like to hoard my tags like a greedy dragon, but this is going to shock you. Almost one year ago Jess and Teagan @ Fiction No Chaser tagged me in the Spring Cleaning tag and I proceeded to hold onto it until it became springtime again. Because of course I did. But I've been doing some Spring Cleaning of my post drafts since it is springtime in the Northern hemisphere and it looks like so much fun that today is the day, friends!

If you aren't already following Fiction No Chaser, you really should rectify that immediately because their reviews are hilarious, boozy, and honest. And they are awesome people to boot. (Teagan I miss you.)

The Currently Reading Book Tag

The year 2019 has thus far been the Year of the Slump for me, so I thought it would be ironic and fun to do the Currently Reading Book Tag! The lovely Kelly @ Another Book in the Wall tagged me in this one back in September, and now felt like the perfect time to discuss my reading habits & struggles a bit. If you aren't already following Kelly please be sure to check out her blog and rectify that immediately: she is incredibly kind and her blog is so aesthetically pleasing!

I am not sure who created this tag; please let me know if you do so I can add credit to the post.
